We offer Repairs, Custom Design and Alterations!

Although most of our pieces are custom made in store from start to finish, we can also take existing pieces and make them one of a kind.

In this case the client had an existing gold filigree heart pendant he had purchased for his partner. He liked the design, but wanted it customised to have a number of coloured stones set within the swirls. This made a huge difference to the overall look. It created a much more vibrant and colourful piece, without overshadowing the elegance of the filigree design at its core.

A good reminder that if you have a piece you would like altered to meet your style or taste, we can work with existing design to create your new custom creation 😊

Watch batteries, custom designs and jewellery repairs (chain repairs, ring repairs and resizing, clean and polish, rhodium plating).

We can even use you old and broken jewellery to make a new piece or reduce the cost of repairs.
