3. Order will not be placed unless the client has shared their actual name, address, and contact number

5. Clients cannot cancel their order once it has been sent to the de

livery company, and even if they do then they must pay the delivery charge
6. No negotiations. No return, no exchange, no refund once the product/s have been received by the client
7. For orders above 1,500TK, 30% advance deposit is required within 12 hours before dispatch
8. For orders outside Dhaka, 60% advance deposit required within 12 hours before dispatch
9. Promotional offers will no longer be valid once they expire
10. 10% discount on next purchase only for old clients if they post a review on our page
11. If any client commits fraudulence of any form, we'll be bound to reveal their identity publicly along with evidence of fraudulence
