১. ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে প্রোডাক্ট চেক করে নিবেন পরবর্তীতে কোন অভিযোগ গ্রহণ যোগ্য নয়।

২. আমাদের পন্য ডিফেক্টিভ হলে অবশ্যই ফেরত নেওয়া হবে কিন্তু যুক্তিহীন কোন অভিযোগ হলে পন্য ফেরত নেওয়া হবে না।

২ অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম করতে হবে, যাদের ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম করতে সমস্যা তারা পেইজে নক দিবেন না।

৩. সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টিতে শুধু মেশিন প্রব্লেম হলে ফ্রী সার্ভিসিং করে দেওয়া হবে পন্য রিটার্ন নেওয়া হবে না। রিটার্ন নেন বলে পেইজে অযথা মেসেজ দিবেন না।

৪.মুক্তা কাস্টমাইজড অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে অর্ধেক টাকা এডভান্স পে করতে হবে।
