"Overpriced?" or you just do not know how to respect for handcraft and you do not know how handcraft effect the pricing?
প্রতিদিন একটা টেক্সট পেইজের ইনবক্সে আমি পাই-ই পাই; যে "Why is this piece "overpriced"? What are the reason?" তো ভাবলাম উত্তর দেই- here is the reason...
First of all - all of Fern Clipperies pieces are slow-made jewellery. They are not industrial jewelleries and not vastly manufactured. These pieces are reality of my imaginations and my heartfelt love for my craft. It’s not like some babadibibidibooo and voilà it's ready! Every piece needs to think 10 times even 100 time before making it.
Second of all - every piece cost a significant amount of patience, time, craftsmanship and quality materials to make them. 99% people doesn’t even have any idea about the materials cost! And you guys think time has no price? And my skills? When you buy from small artists like me, you’re not just paying for a product — you are paying for my time I've put into it, you’re paying for my years of skill, sleepless nights, passion, and the courage to create something unique from scratch..
And third of all - they are entirely designed and handmade by me. Handmade art is not mass-produced factory work. Every detail is carefully crafted with effort, creativity, and dedication. You cannot find 95% of my creation anywhere else cause they are my brainchilds. This is a common sense guys, isn’t it?
Oh and the packaging cost I didn’t even count. They don't fall from the sky, do they?
Ugh! common sense is not so common these days! 🥲
My piece's prices are so worth their price. I make these, I know what I put into everything I work for. My heart, my soul, my love. I love my work, I respect my work. So, I DO PRICE THEM ACCORDINGLY.
If you have any issue with my work, then that's not my concern. My jewelleries can be out of your budget, that doesn’t make them overpriced..
After explaining all these, if you think my pieces are overpriced, then make your own instead of lecturing me. I'll gladly support you...
Regard ~ Fern Cliperries.
