 Delivery:
• Delivery is done through 3rd party, they are the fully responsible for the delivery process and timing.
• Customers can request for change of delivery time & date while delivery office contact them.
• Customers are requested to pay not less than the amount written on voucher.
• Delivery charge will be written on voucher.

 Payment:
• Customers can pay through bKash and Cash on Deliv

ery.
• Advance, pre-payment, late payment will be selected based on discussion during order placement.

 Return of a Product:
• There is no return policy at Rup Fashion Jewellery unless the product is found defective/ damaged after delivery or Rup Fashion Jewellery miss the delivery deadline.
• There is no option to return if a customer doesn't like the product after delivery.

 Fraudulent activity:
• If any product is Not Received while delivered after confirmation from Rup Fashion Jewellery.
• Returned from customer end without any notification/discussion whether the product is found all right.
• Returned from courier office but customer didn’t notified the Rup Fashion Jewellery through page/Phone. Above activities will be treated as fraudulent activities and page has the right to expose the customer Profile with conversation detail on page as a learning for others.
