We want to make sure your shopping experience is completely seamless. Please review our policies below regarding pre-orders, custom pieces, and returns:
💎 Pre-Order Policy
✅ Advance Payment: A 30% advance is required for all silver and regular pre-order items to secure your booking.
✅ Timeline: Pre-orders typically take 2–4 weeks to arrive and ship out to you.
✅ Exceptions: Different advance terms apply to gold jewelry customizations (please contact us directly for details).
💍 Custom Order Policy
✅ Advances: Please note that advances paid for custom orders are strictly non-refundable, as work and material sourcing begin immediately once your order is confirmed.
📦 Delivery Inspection & Return Policy
✅ Inspection at Delivery: Please check your jewelry in front of the delivery man upon receipt.
✅ Claims: If there are any issues, you must report and return the item immediately to the delivery personnel. Claims made after accepting and keeping the delivery will not be accepted.
✅ Exclusions: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with packaging.
✅ Custom pieces and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
