-pay when we start to work on your order
We will not process any fake orders.


> Prices are fixed, but we may offer discounts on different items on different occasions. (Only fans will be eligible for the discount.)


> Please be informed that the color & size of the actual product can slightly differ from what you have seen in the picture of that product.


> Handmade items are fashionable, and most of them are made of clay/fabric, so you should take care of them. You should avoid all types of moisture, of water, sweating & sleeping when you are wearing them. Ready-made items are not original gold/silver; they are plated on metal/zinc/copper with stones & Mina. Please follow the same policy for handmade items to take care of these.


> We don't offer any warranty or guarantee.


> We don't accept returns of items which has been sold as we don't sell used items to our valued customers.

> After taking pre-pay, you will get your item(s) at the home/city branch in 5- 10 days, right after the date of pre-pay.

> You have to pay delivery charges along with the product price into our bKash account (Service charge should be added with your total payment by bKash).

> bKash service charge will be depends on total payable amount.

> Delivery charge depends on your places. Inside Sylhet 50-80/-Tk & Out side of Sylhet 120-150 Tk
Charge may changed on the amount of items you order.
