And yes… it often happens that I forget to photograph the pieces before they leave the studio.
But that’s also part of this handmade journey.

La nacre, pour moi, et pour beaucoup d’entre nous, a quelque chose de fabuleux, de merveilleux, presque magique.
C’est de la poésie.
Une lumière douce qui sommeille à l’intérieur d’un coquillage.

Je me dis souvent que la nacre, c’est comme un secret que l’on se chuchote.

Un jour, Victoire est venue me voir avec une idée : incorporer un morceau de nacre dans un bracelet.
Nour l’avait trouvé sur une plage, un trésor ramené, porteur d’un souvenir.

Nous avons imaginé un bracelet délicat, façonné par mes soins pour le poignet de Victoire.
À l’intérieur, nous avons gravé un mot — quelques lettres pour éterniser ce moment, un héritage à porter près de soi.

Je me suis inspirée des lignes de l’Art déco, comme si ce bijou avait été retrouvé tel quel sur la plage.
