I’m incredibly proud to share that I have officially earned my WSET diploma! Countless late nights and early mornings studying, tasting and re-tasting. It was intense and demanding, but absolutely worth every effort. The more I learn about wine, the more I understand how much there still is to discover. My thirst for knowledge has only grown! That's why I will be attending an introductory course to the Master of Wine programme in Italy end of March. More motivated than ever for the journey ahead! But for now, it’s time to celebrate with a glass of good wine.🍷 🍾 🥂 🍇

Deep dive into Burgundy 🥰 Beautiful flight of top wines from the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune yesterday afternoon. In white the absolute winner remains Bâtard-Montrachet 2017 from Domaine de la Vougeraie. Full bodied, multidimensional and generous, this is a brilliant wine. In red the prize goes to Nuits St Georges "Les Vaucrains" 1992 from Domaine Robert Chevillon with its earthy vibrant profile with a symphony of balance and depth. The wine is (still) full of life! 🍷Pure sensation
