The second run of the infographics series! A series meant to gradually open your eyes to the world of precious metals, stones, and jewellery making.
Learning and intellectual pursuits are a big part of who I am, and since this page is largely an extension of myself, I thought it needed some more facts !
Five Silver Facts:
1 - Silver holds the highest left rival conductivity of any element on earth.
2 - Silver ions are toxic to bacteria, making silver a natural germ-killer.
3 - Silver has been used as a currency for thousands of years. In ancient Egypt, silver was valued higher than gold.
4- Mexico is the worldβs largest silver producer. Peru has the most silver reserves.
5 - Unlike many heavy metals, silver is not toxic to humans, and is edible!
