Landon Gunn is a Kwakwaka'waka/Metis artist and silversmith. He graduated from the Northwest Coast Jewelry Arts program at the Native Education College in Vancouver.

He has worked on many different projects with recognized artists, including Clarence Mills and Jay Simeon.

Landon uses his skills in art and engraving to create beautiful pieces of jewelry in which he incorporates powerful and meaningful pieces of art.

This week we are featuring some more jewelry designed by Delamont's own artist, Doug Delamont.

Doug is from Cranbrook. He was first introduced to Jewelry while working here at Delamont Jewellers in 2011!

Several years later, Doug started studies at the Alberta College of Art and Design in Calgary, AB. He received his Bachelors of Fine Art degree in 2017.

Doug handcrafts his pieces using traditional jewelry making techniques, even taking it a step further to integrate his artwork and drawings directly into the pieces! (See below)
