Back in the middle of summer when I booked a class in the middle of the first week of school I thought I might come to regret it. However I’ve been wanting to do a Lino cut class for ages and I’ve been meaning to check out Creative Cove Courtenay for almost a year. I’m so happy I booked the class. What a fun class in a studio with a view. I have not done Lino cut since grade 9 when you actually carved it out of linoleum. We used rubber blocks and the process was so calming. And notecards seems like a fun idea.

A productive little sewing trip to moms. I sewed 4 box bags from up, cycled Thrifted pillowcases and table runners. I also squeezed in an evening performance of Come from away which was excellent and a fun lunch date with friends.
