Who is Be Well and Happy?
I'm Lori-Ann, and this is Be Well and Happy. I live in Dartmouth, NS Canada with my husband, our cat and our Newfoundland dog. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Be Well and Happy has grown from my personal journey to find inner peace and health, to my desire to share my journey with others. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I designed and knotted my first Mala as a reminder of the intention I had set to find my inner peace and calm. Everyday I continue to work on quietening the chatter in my head and the anxiety that was creeping in everyday, with my meditation and gratitude practice. I try to keep my diet plant based and as clean as possible, I believe we are what we eat. And for me there a direct link between my diet and my mood. But let's face it, no one is perfect all the time. Right? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My dream is to now share my Mala designs, my favorite recipes, my meditation practice and this work in progress, that is my life, with all of you. I hope that in some small way my journey can inspire you in your journey through life.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Thank you for being part of this journey.
