Over the years, working as a holistic nutritionist with clients trying to reverse inflammation and chronic disease, I’ve noticed something…

It’s not lack of information that holds people back.

We know what to do.
Eat real food.
Move your body.
Sleep.
Get outside.

But knowing isn’t the problem.

The real reason people struggle to stay on track?

Doing this alone is hard.

In the past I have done similar programs for FREE...And something else I’ve seen again and again…

When there’s no real commitment—especially financial—people don’t show up the same way.
They skip the live calls.
They don’t fully engage.
And they don’t get the results they’re capable of.

Not because they don’t care—
But because they don’t have enough skin in the game.

So I’m thinking about creating something this fall…

A 30-day program focused on:

✔ Simple, sustainable habits

Nothing extreme. Nothing complicated.

We have a limited quantity of tomatoes available this weekend at our roadside stand.

Our greenhouse plants grow in natural cycles. Because we let our tomatoes fully ripen on the vine for the best flavour, there are times when production slows down and availability is lighter.

We could harvest earlier and have more volume—but that would mean compromising on taste and quality, and that’s not the choice we make.

As the next wave of ripening comes in, we’ll continue to restock the stand as we’re able.

Scrolling this morning, I heard someone say: people don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.

That stuck with me.

Because the truth is—we’re not for everyone.
We don’t offer delivery.
We’re not the cheapest option.
And we’re okay with that.

What we do here started out of necessity… a personal health journey that changed everything. It shifted how we see food, how we grow it, and why it matters.

Now, everything we raise and grow comes from that same place: a belief that real food can help people feel better, and that how we farm can leave the land better than we found it.

A week ago, I hosted the very first Eat With Me in the Greenhouse dinner… and I’m still feeling the gratitude from that evening.

It was such a beautiful night—filled with meaningful conversation, simple cooking, and truly nourishing, whole food. Some of my favorite ingredients were harvested right from the farm, growing just steps away from where we gathered. There’s something incredibly special about sitting in the quiet, peaceful ambiance of the greenhouse, surrounded by the very food that ends up on your plate.

But these evenings are about more than just a meal.

They’re about connection. Education. Awareness.

They’re about helping people understand just how powerful real food can be.

This comes from my own lived experience—years of autoimmune struggle, over a decade of pain, and ultimately discovering how deeply what we put into our bodies matters. Food is not just fuel… it’s information, it’s healing, it’s life.

These dinners are about immersing yourself in food the way it was meant to be—grown with care, prepared simply, and enjoyed in its most nourishing form. Real ingredients. Thoughtfully combined. Deeply satisfying.

I truly cannot wait to continue offering these experiences and make them part of what we do here next season.
