Just wanted to give a little reminder as I have some new followers!

I’m based out of Fort Saskatchewan AB. You’ll see in my posts I usually only mention shipping (most of my customers are not local).

For those who are.. please know you don’t have to rely on shipping (I mean that would just be silly eh?). A pick up can be arranged (Edmonton area), and if you are located in Fort I can also arrange a drop off.

New new 🚨

With the showcase having ended, it’s time I start uploading what was featured for grabs!

First up.. blueberry lanyard!! Or maybe wristlet is a more appropriate name…

This lanyard was done using the wrap method, the blueberry charm is backed with moose hide & has a subtle branding of my business name.

The lanyard itself is not meant to be worn around the neck, as it is just under 10.5 inches in length.

Don’t miss Sacred Crowns – Adornment with Intention, featuring one-of-a-kind fedoras by Kerry McKinlay and handcrafted jewellery by her daughter, Mercedees Deacon, inspired by art, nature and ancestry.

The exhibition runs until September 14 at the Alberta Lottery Fund Art Gallery in the Dow Centennial Centre.

Gallery hours are Thursdays and Fridays, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm, and during most events.

Sacred Crowns – Adornment with Intention

Discover Sacred Crowns – Adornment with Intention, a unique exhibition by Fort Saskatchewan artist Kerry McKinlay with her daughter, Mercedees Deacon.

Kerry’s collection features one-of-a-kind fedoras that are hand-burnt, hand-painted and hand-embroidered, inspired by art, nature, heritage and spirit. Mercedees adds her own connection to nature and ancestry through a collection of handcrafted jewelry featuring natural elements.

Meet the artists at a special Meet and Greet on Saturday, August 22, from 5:30 - 7:30 pm.
