Sister Sun Jewelry has been up and running since 2006, and I have been making jewelry for over 8 years. I am a self taught jeweler, who finds her surrounds and family her inspiration. I began making jewelry not long after my Nanny passed away. She was a very artsy woman who always had a project on the go. when she died in 2001, my family did not know what to do with all of her art supplies, so I kept it all and the rest well.. is history. I would like to thank all those that believed in me from the very beginning, and those that are discovering my creations. If you want a custom order, I will create a custom order for you with the custom products that you asked for to the best of my ability - after I receive your payment I will begin your order.
~ Ordering Method:

~ Payment:
For local customers I accept cash, all others I accept PayPal. I prefer to receive a payment within 3 business days of purchase. I won't ship your item until I get payed. If I don't receive payment in the requested period I'll have to cancel your order. I'm sorry!
~ Shipping:
I ship worldwide. I'll ship your item within 2-3 business days after I receive your payment. I'll send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as I get back from the post office with their estimated delivery date. If you want upgraded shipping (tracking number, insurance, expedited shipping, etc) send me a message before you make the payment and I'll send you an invoice.

All of my handmade jewelry is guaranteed for 60 days after purchase, so if your jewelry breaks in the course of normal wear* during that time I will repair, refund or replace it, free, or in extreme cases refund the purchase price. I will repair, replace, or refund at my discretion, depending on which is most feasible. This jewelry guarantee only covers jewelry that I make. When there is any jewelry on this site from time to time that I did not make, it will say so on the description of the jewelry.
*What is Normal Wear? As with all handmade jewelry, normal wear does not include swimming, bathing, housework, sports, strenuous activity, being chewed on or run over or stomped on, chemicals, and other such things that are unsuitable for jewelry. If your jewelry does get damaged in the course of "abnormal" wear such as chewing, swimming, showering, sports or other "abnormal" things, I'll be glad to fix or replace it at the most reasonable price I can.
~ Refunds and Exchanges:
If the item arrives damaged I'd like you to send me an e-mail with a picture showing the damage. I'm willing to replace the damaged item at my expense if I have it available, or I'll return your payment. For refunds see *Jewelry Guarantee

~ Additional Policies:
All my products are handmade and as such may have minor defects. These minor defects are not eligible for exchange. The minor defects that are not eligible for exchange include:
~minor scratches on beads or wire from a tool and/or slight variations in color (since I work with natural stones this should be expected).
~ I do not "hold" item unless they have been paid for.
