Another Nautical Days weekend is in the books, and I’m heading out with a very full heart. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, said hello, tried on a treasure, shared a story or chose a piece of **Lux Adorn** to take home with you. 🤍

There’s something pretty special about spending a few summer days by the sea, surrounded by fellow makers and so many wonderful people. Comox Valley, thank you for making me feel so welcome.

But the Island adventure isn’t quite over yet…

I’ll be setting up one more time with my collection of silver, stones, talismans and one-of-a-kind treasures before pointing myself north and making the long journey home.

🌊 Back on the Island… and it feels good.

I’m back on beautiful Vancouver Island for the long weekend, bringing a little collection of silver, stones, talismans and other treasures with me to the Nautical Days Festival Market in Comox. ✨

There’s something about being here that just feels right — salty air, ocean views, summer wandering and a market filled with things made by hand.

I’ve brought along lots of Lux Adorn favourites, one-of-a-kind pieces, beautiful gemstones and a few new creations just waiting to find their person.

If you’re in the Comox Valley this weekend, come wander through, say hello, try something on and spend a little time among the treasures. 🤍

It's been a little quieter around here than usual... and I figured I owed you all an update. 💛

If you've been wondering where I've disappeared to, life has been wonderfully full.

This year has been one big adventure.

In February, my sister and I opened **FORM: Metal Studio**, our shared workshop space above Studio 2880 in Prince George. It's a place where we create, teach jewelry-making classes, and showcase both of our collections. Watching that dream become reality has been incredibly rewarding—and a huge commitment.

Then, this spring, another opportunity came along that I simply couldn't pass up. After months of planning and dreaming, I purchased a gourmet olive oil and balsamic vinegar shop here in Prince George and it’s become “Olive the Good Things”. Since then it's been a whirlwind of learning, revamping, sourcing beautiful products, meeting wonderful customers, and building something that already feels like home.

Throw in summer gardens, house projects, and all the little things that somehow fill every sunny day, and social media quietly slipped to the bottom of the list.

But one thing hasn't changed—my love for creating.

Even when I haven't been sharing much here, the sketchbook has been filling up, silver has been finding its way onto my bench, and new pieces have been slowly taking shape. Jewelry has always been where I slow down, recharge, and reconnect with myself, and I'm so excited to finally be spending more time back in the studio bringing these ideas to life.

I'm currently working on a fresh collection that will be making its way to Vancouver Island over the next few weeks, and I can't wait to share it with you.
