I am a Sudbury artisan goldsmith and silversmith creating meaningful handcrafted jewellery inspired by Canadian nature, family connection, gemstones, and story. I trained at **George Brown College** for three years in their Jewellery Art and Design program — and every piece at my table is made by hand, with intention and care.

Something I want you to try right now.

Think of one thing you have done well recently. Not perfectly. Just genuinely.
Now be present to your experience. What do you notice?

Most women I meet are carrying far more than anyone realizes.

Their minds are busy.
Their nervous systems are tired.
And many have forgotten what it feels like to simply breathe and be present with themselves.

That is part of why I created Stillness & Shine.

Not to help women become someone new — but to help them reconnect with themselves again.

This new 6-week series begins May 28 in Sudbury, and I will also be sharing more about it at the Outdoor Show at Gateway Casinos Sudbury on May 23 & 24.
