Deadstock haul preview: Fabric stores are closing and where is it all gonna go? I just picked these all up from Consumers Textiles. Mostly upholstery and some choice vintage cottons. I could only take so much and the rest of the upholstery rolls got picked up by Re-Store, so you can check them out if you’re looking for more rolls at a great price!

We’ve got a ton of great garment sewing classes on the schedule, including the classic button up shirt, a fully lined zip up chore coat, beginner pants and tops, flirty dresses, more quilting, and some great new things for beginners!
The cold snap has kept us all in a funk and it’s time to shake it off and start dreaming of all your spring makes!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS! We are closed all next week for Kids Camp on Monday and Tuesday, a few days of merry making, and then year-end inventory.

Online orders and pattern printing pick-up is available by appointment! If there was something specific you needed just email us and we’ll sort you out!

The following week we are open 12-5 on Tuesday/Wednesday, CLOSED Thursday, open Friday/Saturday 10-3

This is your sign to upcycle your stained or boring sweaters into something festive! Join us this Friday night for a cute and crafty holiday workshop. Just bring an old sweater or sweatshirt and we’ll provide all the sparkles and trim to turn it into something whimsical to wear to your next holiday party or to see White Christmas on the big screen. Snacks and festive cheer provided!
And make sure to check out Holiday Cheer on Ottawa Street with carriage rides, carollers, and hot chocolate from 5-9pm

Our summer campers and kids club participants have loved making stuffies and we were blown away by how amazing and creative they were, so we’ve made a whole dedicated program for it. Join us every Tuesday 4-5pm to work on making a more complex stuffy/plushy project starting January 13th.
