THANK YOU from my whole heart!

Thank you to Charity and Charity Hannigan for hosting such a lovely day. The staff and volunteers were so great and helpful all day!

When someone stops at my booth to shop, look, try something on, share kind words about my jewelry, or if it is someone who is already wearing some of my jewelry, it’s never lost on me how lucky I am to be able to do this as my full time job.
It’s taken me 15 years to get to this point. It’s a LOT of work, time, energy, late nights, and early mornings. I can’t do it alone, all the helpers and friends who drop in along the way, and of course Dan, truly help make this easier than it should be. It’s a dream.

The lead up to the holiday season is JUST beginning, I will see you all soon in person!

A few of my absolute favourite Feeding On Frost rings all together.

Some are tiny and delicate, some have a little more weight to them, some are covered in texture, and some are simple enough to let the shape do all the work.

And of course, they don't have to be worn one at a time. Mix sterling silver with solid gold, combine different textures, stack a few together, or keep it simple with one favourite. There really aren't any rules.

The last of the brass collection is online now!

I'm making a change to my metals moving forward and switching to bronze for my necklaces. That means once the brass necklaces currently on the website are gone, I won't be restocking them.

If you've had your eye on a brass necklace, now is the time to have a look. These are the last ones I'll be making, so once they're gone, they're gone.

Bronze will be taking their place in the collection moving forward, and I'm really excited to see how these pieces evolve.

There's just something about that little flash of silver. ✨ The way it catches the light when you move your hand, or you notice a tiny shimmer from across the room and have to get a closer look.

I think those are some of my favourite jewelry moments. Nothing overly flashy, just a little bit of sparkle that makes you stop for a second.

So much of my work is about texture and small details, and silver is so good at showing those things off. Give it a bit of sunlight and suddenly you see all the little marks, curves and textures that make each piece its own.

A little shimmer, a little texture, and something you can wear every day. That's pretty much my kind of sparkle. 🤍

Come find me at the Modern Maker Market on Sunday, October 4th!

This one is a new market for me, and I'm really excited to finally be part of it. I've heard such good things about this market and how much the community loves it, and there will be 50+ vendors coming together for the October 4th market.

There are going to be SO many amazing makers and small businesses there, so come spend the afternoon wandering around, checking everything out, and supporting some really talented people.

The Braid is one of the original Feeding On Frost designs, and one I've been making for years. Each one is hand braided by me, which means no two rings are ever exactly the same.

There are little variations in every braid, making each ring its own piece.

A few of my sterling silver rings are being discontinued. 🤍

I'm making room for some new work, which means a few familiar favourites are slowly making their way out of the collection.

Including these two little ones: the Tiny Pebble Ring and the Tiny Pebble Band Ring.
I still have stock available, but once they're gone, that's it. I won't be making more of these designs.

We're just getting into the holiday season, and I wanted to take a minute to say thank you. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who has shopped Feeding On Frost this year. Whether you picked something up at a market, ordered online, visited one of the shops that carries my jewelry, bought a gift for someone else, or treated yourself to something you've had your eye on, I appreciate every single order.

This little business is still just me, sitting at my bench making each piece by hand, so every time someone chooses to buy something I've made, it genuinely means a lot.
And now we're heading into the busiest part of the year!

I'll be out at markets throughout the autumn and holiday season, and the website is always open 24/7 if you can't make it out in person.

Thank you for being here, for following along, for sharing my work, and for supporting handmade Canadian jewelry. I can't wait to see what the rest of the year brings. 🤍

🍂SEE YOU AT SCHOOLHOUSE DECOR! 🍂

We are officially in FULL market swing for the rest of the year. I'm so excited for this one. On Saturday, October 3rd, I'll be heading back to Warkworth for a beautiful autumn market at Schoolhouse Decor.

With 30+ vendors coming together in this perfectly set venue, it's going to be such a lovely way to spend a fall Saturday. SO many vendor friends will be at this one! There will be lots to wander through, plenty of talented local makers, and of course, the whole collection of Feeding On Frost Jewelry.

A big thank you to Charity for bringing this day together and creating such a beautiful space for so many small businesses to be part of. I'm really looking forward to it!
