Greetings from Malta! It has been a full 5 days of sightseeing and adventuring! Sharing a few pics from our travels to Valletta and St. John’s Co-cathedral that houses Caravaggio’s only signed painting. It was certainly one of the highlights of our trip so far:a feast for the eyes!!

I have just finished making kits for tomorrow’s workshops and wanted to share some updates with you! I am so excited to be with crafty people creating intentional jewellery again!

It occurred to me that there may be questions that may be holding you back from enrolling online , and I wanted to address them here while I can:

1. the pictures DO NOT do the bracelets justice…there is a gleam in the rosewood and subtle grounding of the turquoises with the woodstone/rosewood that cameras cannot capture.

2.the gentle energies of love light and life’s magic is palpable when you hold it…that ohm symbol is gorgeous but unfortunately my supply is limited so if this bracelet called you please sign up early and reserve yours.

3. Charms are optional and you don’t need to add them to your bracelet. I personally am not a charm girl BUT these three have been chosen with intention, and I will discuss why in the class, letting you in on the ‘skinny”. Then you can ensure going forward when you dress in the morning you choose accessories that will reinforce your innate wisdom and navigate your journey with confidence!

4. These are crystals beneficial for both masculine and feminine energies, we have additional beads to accommodate all sizes of wrists…everyone is welcome around this table. 💕🙏 you can add or delete sparkly bits…the crystals still shine bright and work hard for you and there is never a one size fits all mentality in my world!

5. on line enrolment ends at 3 today. If you are still on the fence about enrolling you can do so in person on the day of the fair at my vendor table. My assistant will be on hand to sign you up and take payment…I will be happily teaching!

I was invited to participate in the on April 18th and hold mala bracelet workshops. I am so excited for you to join us all as it promises to be a wonderful day of health-full information. To accommodate the challenge that people would not want to sit long when there were so many vendors and speakers to sit with it was important to streamline the workshop to 1’15”. . To this end I designed 3 bracelet kits that speak to today’s culture, challenges and crafted integrated crystal support for anyone that loves to wear intentional spiritual armour. They can be worn separately or in a stack for full vibration. The first, pictured above is aptly named:

Knot and rest: Pocket Mala and yoga nidra retreat April 26th Fieldside Yoga, Lindsay

These gorgeous 27 bead pocket malas enable you to take your japa mala practice anywhere whenever/wherever the mood may strike you. They are compact, fit snugly in your pocket, and allows you to practice Japa mala in the very moment you need it, and not wait till you get home or find a quiet space.

Come join us at pocket mala workshop and craft your own 27 bead pocket mala. You can select from 3 design kits, follow the pattern in the kit or rearrange them any way your creative heart desires. You will string, knot, laugh, share, get frustrated, get clear, and receive an abundance of support constructing the tiny tassel (I fact, I may do it for you!). We shall linger before crafting and discuss the history, use/compostion of malas, and the beauty of mantras and affirmations. Nervousness will be quieted with a heart centred meditation to invite you to surrender to the process. Tea will be on hand to provide gentle pauses in your crafting and breaks are encouraged. This is a great warmup practice for people who view creating a 108 bead mala daunting. After the malas are completed we will join together in japa mala practice and initiate our malas in community. Following this, Atheana of Fieldside yoga will guide you in a gently transforming yoga nidra adding extra nurturing to your receptive Self. Come and give yourself much needed respite in this knot amd rest retreat and feed your creative and open spirit.
