Was making some jump rings for a dream catcher/ sun catcher, when this happened. My flush cutters snapped in my hand. Will say I am lucky it didn’t puncture my hand. My husband is insisting on safety glasses or at least my reading glasses. I guess I should invest in a pair. This means no more wire working for a while until I can get a new pair. Maybe we will make a trip to Oasis Beads and the hardware store. My next post should be the dream catcher but after that it may be a while before I have anything to post.

New tool arrived on Saturday, these are memory wire cutters. They are used on memory wire which is made of steel verses the copper I normally use. I have some memory wire on the way for something new I wanted to try. So keep a look out for the new item to my collection. I will give you a small hint. You use this item to keep track of something.

What a great show today at the Museum of Ontario Archaeology. Met so many great people, from event organizers, vendors, and the participants that came out to attend. Also wanted to shout out a thanks to Sean at the table beside me, sorry I wasn’t able to say goodbye, and a very big thank you for the arrowhead you left for me on my table. It was very interesting to learn how you make them using rocks and deer antlers. I am looking forward to the next event being held at the Museum of Ontario Archaeology. # arrowheads

While at the Belmont Craft and Fishing show this past Saturday, I created to more hair pins. The pink and blue from my last post were cat eyes. This time I used a small resin cabochons in metallic teal colour and a yellowish green stone. I have worn the blue cats eye hair pin a couple of times and loving it. As long as my hair is long, it will be my hair show piece. Looking forward to to making some new hair pieces in the upcoming future. 👑💫💞💛💋
