We travelled all the way to Paris for SILMO — the world’s leading international eyewear exhibition — to bring you the latest update on MOC Masters of Craft 2026.

MOC has become one of the most sought-after collections at The Optical Tailor, and we’re incredibly proud to be recognised as the world’s No.1 MOC retailer.

This year, we were unfortunately unable to photograph or film the collection at the exhibition, so we found a beautiful location in Paris to bring you the update personally and share everything we can about what’s coming next.

If you’re a fan of MOC, this is one you won’t want to miss.

Unfortunately no MOCs to showcase but it was a real honour having Yoshi from MASUNAGA introduce me to John Juniper and even more so to hear that he and his partner Jeff Solorio now based in Japan are huge fans of what we do!

John and his childhood friend Jeff are the creative minds behind some of our best selling frames at The Optical Tailor. I have admired and represented their work for years, holding them in the highest regard ever since I got into fine handcrafted eyewear. What a pleasure to run into him in person. THANK YOU John Juniper for getting on camera with me!

It’s never too late to become an eyewear enthusiast.

Alfred discovered us through YouTube, where he first came across out Masters of Craft series. Intrigued by the craftsmanship and philosophy behind the collection, he travelled to our boutique.

After trying several MOC’s, the 004 was the one, a considered choice, and one that suited him effortlessly.

From Oakley to MOC — a rather significant upgrade.

Beyond the frames, it was a pleasure spending time with Alfred, learning more about his style, personality and sharing in the experience of finding something truly distinctive.
