I’m reworking him slightly larger and attaching him at either side instead.

A little “what’s new” update...
These newly finished domed sterling silver pendants are part of a small collection I’ve been developing through reticulation — heating and reworking the silver repeatedly to create these raw lunar-like textures. I love the contrast between the bright white silver and the cratered surface… almost like tiny moons.
The new collection will also include beautifully hammered recycled silver pieces that play with negative space and organic form.
I’ll be bringing these, along with other new and classic pieces to this weekend’s shows.

On my bench this morning. I think this is the fifth leaping hare I’ve made now. Again, it will be unique and different with its own charms and feel, but each one finds its own character along the way! This one is heading to my home county of Yorkshire once finished, which feels rather special. 🐇

Never have I ever held my breath like this before!

A hefty 2mm thick, hand-sawn, actual-size 45 RPM record adaptor pendant in solid sterling silver. Every step felt like a bit of a gamble… will the saw behave? will the drill go true? will the masking hold for the personalization? One slip and it’s literally over!
Happy to report: we made it through, just me and my trusty hand tools!
Now it’s onto a serious filing session and clean-up
WIP for now… but phew!
