A Statement from the Graziella Fine Jewellery Family
It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we share this sudden and unexpected news with our clients, friends, and community.
On September 11, Graziella Fine Jewellery was unexpectedly placed into receivership. As a result, our family no longer has control of or access to the business that we have spent the last 30 years building, nurturing, and proudly serving our community through.
We are absolutely devastated and heartbroken by what has happened, particularly because these events unfolded so suddenly and without warning.
We know that many of our clients have entrusted us with jewellery that holds tremendous financial and, more importantly, sentimental value. We want to reassure you that your personal jewellery items are safe.
We have arranged a plan for clients to pick up their repairs next Friday, September 25:
• Whitby: 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
• Oshawa: 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
Payments for any outstanding balances must be made in cash. Our team will be in touch with everyone next week with further details.
While this is an incredibly difficult chapter for our family, we want you to know that we are not going anywhere. We are fighting, working tirelessly, and doing everything we can to find a path forward and return to serving you as soon as possible.
For 30 years, it has been an honour and a privilege to be part of this community. You have trusted us with engagements, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, family heirlooms, celebrations, and some of the most meaningful moments of your lives. Being invited into those moments has meant more to our family than we could ever properly express.
Graziella Fine Jewellery has always been more than a business to us. It has been our family, our life’s work, and a community that we are incredibly proud to have built alongside all of you.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your trust, your kindness, and your support throughout the years—and especially during this extraordinarily difficult time.
