In coordination with Living Green Landscaping, a volunteer has given these outdoor plants a second chance by removing all the outdoor soil, soaking them in natural soap and water, rinsing them, and potting them in new soil with a layer of diatomaceous earth as an extra precaution.
Please be sure to isolate any plants you win to verify health prior to integrating with other plants in your home. We will do the best we can to ensure you are winning a plant in the same or similar condition as per the photo but of course, these are living things, and we are not liable if your winning has any issues that we are unaware of. We offer no guarantees, but we will work with any *polite* winner if any issues arise so please let us know if we can help.
PLANT AUCTION RULES
RULES - The first bidder must bid an amount equal to or greater than the starting bid that is indicated in the description of the photo.
- When outbidding, bidders must bid in increments of at least $1.
- DO NOT DELETE or remove YOUR BID! If you bid in error, contact us and we will remove it without affecting other bidders and activity.
- The person with the highest bid for an item on or before Wednesday November 8, 2023 at 7pm, will win the item. If the final bids come in at the same time, for the same amount, we will accept the last bid posted by Facebook. 7:00 is valid, 7:01 is not.
PAYMENT - Winners must make their payments by Saturday November 11, 2023 at 12pm, or we reserve the right to offer the item to the next highest bidder.
- All payments must be made either by email transfer (eTransfer). Use the password "swmauction" or email us a different password, and indicate your facebook name as well as which items you are paying for by the item number(s).
DISTRIBUTION - We will have 2 pick up days in Nepean at 14 Concourse Gate. Please make sure that you are available to pick up either on Sunday November 12, 2023 between 11am to 2pm or Tuesday November 14, 2023 between 4:30pm to 6:30pm. If you cannot make it on those dates, please email [email protected] to arrange a pick up.
NOTIFICATION - Auction winners will be notified via Facebook at the end of the auction through tagging so ensure your settings allow for this during the auction. Please check your notifications and/or "other" messages to see if you have won any items as well.
PROCEEDS FROM AUCTION - All proceeds from the auction will go directly to Sit With Me Rescue.
