Join me on Thursday, October 29, from 5 to 7 p.m., for the Port Hope and District Chamber of Commerce 5:01 networking event.
Good company, great conversation, a little w**e and cheese, and just the right amount of sparkle. Sounds like a pretty good Thursday evening to me!

We're adding a little pink to the evening in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, along with some beautiful jewelry, a few special surprises, and plenty of opportunities to connect.

I’m 51 years old and I’m still discovering things I’m good at.

How freaking cool is that?

Turns out putting yourself out there doesn’t always mean knowing what you’re doing.

Sometimes it’s simply:

“I have no idea what I’m doing, but I’m willing to learn.”

Or my personal favourite:

“This scares the crap out of me, but I’m going to give it a go and just see what happens.” 😂

I’m definitely going to keep trying things.

Why does skincare have to be so complicated? 😂

Cleanser. Toner. Serum. Eye cream. Moisturizer. Oil.

Do I need all of it? What goes where? And where the heck do I even start?

One of the biggest things I’ve learned since I started taking better care of my own skin is that you don’t need everything. You just need to figure out what YOUR skin needs and what you’re actually trying to change. And I really love helping women figure that part out.

So if you’re looking at your skincare right now thinking “I have no idea what I’m doing”… 😂

Because 100 women wearing one little bracelet can make a pretty lovely statement.

Just $10 for the set and is part of Tocara’s Breast Cancer Awareness Collection, supporting Breast Cancer Canada.

So I’m looking for 100 wrists to wear it.

And along the way, we’re going to celebrate a couple of milestones:
