I began working on this project at a beading circle during the pandemic. We had two meetings before having to isolate again. It's been sitting for nearly five years. I didn't have the confidence to complete it, fearing I wouldn't do justice to my cultural heritage. But after my latest beading workshop, I'm feeling inspired to try! Beading has given me the confidence I needed!!

Workshop complete and what a day it was! I feel so grateful to have shared this time with a group of incredibly talented and fun women! The connections and sharing that happened among us is truly heartwarming. Beading has a way of bringing us together!
