Welcome to my page. I'm excited to be a part of the social media outlet. I own and operate a small business which i started in 2012 although I have been crafting for most of my life. During COVID I have opened a boutique in my home to showcase my handcrafted wares. I get great enjoyment from creating jewelry and other items from repurposed materials. I use silverware, metal, guitar string

Andrea, the owner of Warm & Coasty located at 185 Water Street in beautiful St. Andrews by the sea, dropped into my boutique today. She spent time picking out her favorite creations which I'm happy to say will be available at her store for the summer season. Her store is filled with an array of nautical themed products which are tastefully decorated. Something for everyone. As well, Andrea supports over 100 local artisans including myself by displaying our wares. I'm so happy to be a part of her beautifully decorated store. Be sure to drop in and take a look around. Experimenting. This is a great way to root clippings from house plants. It's called a propagation station. In this case I used copper wire wrapped with glass beads and affixed a glass bottle. You fill with water and put your plant clipping in it. Hang in your window with a suction cup. Roots will form and then you can transplant the rooted clipping in potting soil. Voila you have a new plant. You can use this method with a multitude of plants. The left is a stock photo of a sample propagation station. The right is my copper suncatcher. Wish I had a plant to take a clipping from but I don't but you get the idea.
