We started shucking oysters December 2016 and love opening them for our viewers. We shuck/open oysters live on Facebook to reveal the beautiful pearl(s) inside! You pre-purchase your oyster(s) and watch the live reveal. If you don't have a full rack (5 oysters) you have the choice to pick from our colour wheel or have a random one selected from our bucket.
