For the woman who likes to live in colour!

I will hopefully be at Stratford Art in the Park tomorrow (Wednesday) with these earrings and other new work.
But right at the moment one weather app says no rain and the other says an 84% chance - so who knows!!! Fun and games.....

With the heat we've been having (and now the smoke!!!!) I haven't managed to exhibit at Stratford Art in the Park much this month.
But if you are in town and hoping to catch me I'm happy to arrange a studio visit. Just call, text or message me.

New signage for Stratford Art in the Park.

And a big thank you to the customer who pointed out that I'd put them on upside down this morning!

(But you can still look for the two white umbrellas)

Won't be at Stratford Art in the Park tomorrow because of other commitments but it looks like great weather for it.

Well, the car is all packed for our first day setting up at Stratford Art in the Park tomorrow. (Wednesday)
The weather looks perfect and I think this is my favourite new piece in the cases. At this moment anyway!

And another season about to start! I won't be setting up until June but there should be lots of other artists to see.

Two more sleeps!

More stefoinite!

04/28/2026

Stefoinite has an interesting story. Legend has it that back in the 1950s or possibly earlier, Rudy Stefoin and a couple of prospecting friends discovered this stone somewhere in Wyoming. They never revealed the location to anyone and Rudy took that information to his grave. Some have tried to work it out, but so far it remains a lost bit of prospecting history.

I managed to source some last fall (after using up all the slabs I had a decade or two ago) and have been making a few pieces with it.

Earrings with stefoinite, black onyx and pearl.
