I'm an artisan from the Wolastoqiyik Wahsipekuk nation (Maliseet of the St Lawrence river). I started my little business in 2016. Please feel free to visit.

I make beaded jewelry and accessories for everyone and every occasion. I started beading when I was little, only simple things. I've recently picked it up again and started branching out and making more intricate things. It is a work in progress and I am still learning. Nisnipawset is my name, it means Two Moons. Although I am now doing non-traditional beadwork as well, I wanted to keep my aboriginal roots attached to my work no matter if it is traditional or not. I have an Etsy shop now under the same name. This is a big weekend for me. I'm currently at the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art for the indigenous art market and the art pieces I collaborated on with my mother Ginette Kakakos Aubin are now in the Woodland Cultural Center Indigenous Art 2026 exhibition. The exhibition will be held until October 9th.
