This moment is deeply personal to me. EsperLuxe and its founder, .daaboul, have been pivotal in shaping my understanding and appreciation of independent watchmaking. Chris has been a trailblazer, bringing to life the stories of impossibly intricate and fascinating independent watches through platforms like Instagram and YouTube. His innate understanding of modern media has allowed these stories to resonate with audiences who might otherwise never have discovered these incredible creations.
Over the years, I’ve gained so much from the content EsperLuxe has shared. It has provided a lens into the world of brands I’ve long admired and been inspired by, in ways I would not have otherwise experienced. My friendship with Chris and CJ from EsperLuxe began nearly three years ago, and as soon as they saw what we were creating with the TYP-01, they reached out with unwavering support and guidance. Their generosity with their time, resources, and insights has been invaluable to the growth of R Werk.
As R Werk has grown, I’ve noticed a beautiful overlap: many of our friends are also friends of EsperLuxe. It’s no surprise that .watch recognized EsperLuxe as one of the Top 20 Luxury Watch Retailers in the World for 2024—an accolade they truly deserve.
