Step 4 – Lost Wax Casting / Production

The majority of our jewellery is produced using the lost-wax-casting method.
This step involves creating a wax model of the desired piece, coating it in a mold-making material, melting the wax away, and pouring metal into the mold to create the final product. The mold is then cooled and the metal hardens, and the mold is broken away to reveal the finished piece. This method allows for intricate and detailed designs to be created, and is commonly used for producing high-end jewelry items.
The process may include additional steps such as polishing, , assembly, plating, lasering, and gem setting to create the final product (Project dependant)
