✨ small wins this month ✨

I was hitting a wall for a few months on projects and after listening to my amazing partner who told me to focus on the small wins, that is exactly what I’ve been doing 🪿

This month has been all about getting back to my love for this craft and crafting in general. You don’t have to rush a project, it doesn’t matter how much time it takes to get done, just have fun and enjoy the art you’re making. I’m reminding myself to enjoy the process and stop rushing it (this comes for may things in life lol) so I couldn’t be happier with how this little weekend project turned out.

the Minerva pullover ✨

I am so excited to share this with you all!!

This was the first official wearable sweater I made freehand. Ive never been one to follow a pattern since taking up crochet, I’m a real visual girly and I have a bad habit of seeing something and being determined to make it lol. But the whole pattern lingo didn’t make sense to me when I started this crochet journey. I wanted to make this as easy to follow and fun as possible. I’ve had a few questions about the pattern when I’ve worn it so I thought why not create my first free pattern based off my first ever crochet wearable.

I’m so proud of how this turned out. It took me roughly 1 month to make back in November, my goal was for it to be ready to go for Christmas and it indeed was :)

I think crafting is a love language lol the minute I heard 2 babies were on the way I was sat (literally) for weeks making these and I am SO happy with the turnout

A little ducky for baby Scarlett and a Blue “Tidal Wave” for baby Jax 🐥💙
