A brooch transcends category. It’s for anyone who understands the language of details and knows exactly who they are.

Our collection is built for all of them. Baroque pearls set in gold. Diamond geometric forms. Custom pieces designed entirely to your specification. These aren’t statements. They’re signatures.

This Father’s Day, think beyond the obvious. Give to the man in your life, or to whoever deserves something that feels entirely like them. Stop by 900 West Hastings (open Mon–Sat) or reach out about a custom commission.

Few watches are made to be tested past the point where most instruments give out. The new HMAF Collection from Bremont is one of them.

Built in recognition of His Majesty’s Armed Forces, the 2026 edition honours all three services: the British Army, the Royal Navy and the Royal Air Force. Each model carries the official heraldic insignia of the service it represents, a mark granted to very few makers and never given lightly. This is military watchmaking in its truest form, where endurance is a condition of the design rather than a line of copy.

The collection is offered as individual models, each held to 300 pieces, or as a commemorative three-watch set held to 50. For the collector who values a watch that has earned its place rather than been styled into one, it is a rare meeting of heritage and purpose.

Discover the Bremont collection with us at 900 West Hastings Street, Monday through Saturday. We would be glad to walk you through each piece in person.

Some watches ask to be noticed. The Raymond Weil Toccata Heritage simply is.

The oval case is a quiet deviation from convention, the kind of design choice that reveals itself slowly, the way good taste always does. A sunbrushed dial. A leather strap that wears in rather than out. This is the watch for the father who has stopped needing to announce himself.

We carry it at Palladio Jewellers in both rose gold and steel, and it can be made truly his with a custom engraving on the caseback. A meaningful date. A cherished name. A private message meant for his eyes alone. Something he’ll carry long after the occasion has passed.

Some men are known by the weight of their signature.

For him, we set aside the David Oscarson Pierrot and Pierrette. Sixth in the house’s series, finished by hand and held to a run of 88 pieces in each colourway. The design draws on a 17th century legend, two figures from the Commedia dell’arte who sit together on the crescent of the moon when love is returned, and apart when it is not. Pierrot alone with his mandolin, still composing.

What he will appreciate is the work beneath the surface. This is the first collection to carry three levels of guilloché, each circle cut by hand in three stages until the sunburst at its centre stands in high relief. Over that engraving sits hard enamel, ground by hand for hours, laid down with a quill, fired past a thousand degrees, then filed back with diamond and fired again until glass fills every valley of the pattern. The enamel alone takes a five year apprenticeship to master. Three VVS-1 diamonds mark the crown, the barrel and the clip. The nib is eighteen karat gold, engineered in Heidelberg, tipped with iridium so it writes for a lifetime.

This is not an object that asks to be unwrapped. It is one that asks to be used, every time he puts his name to something that matters.

Come see the Pierrot and Pierrette in person, for the man he is.

The pen is mightier than the sword. Dad has always known this. He also knows the pen should be sterling silver, weighted like it means business, and dramatic enough to make everyone in the room look up when he uncaps it.

The Montegrappa 007 fountain pen. For the father who considers a ballpoint a personal insult. Who has strong opinions about ink. Who signs birthday cards like he is closing a deal in Monaco. The knurled grip says precision. The silver body says taste. The dice in the box say he is not here to lose.

This Father’s Day, give him the pen. He will use it to sign things that do not need signing just to feel the weight of it.

Available at Palladio, 900 West Hastings, Vancouver. He’ll know what to do with it.

This is ’s second time zone function. Integrated into the GMT-Master II’s calibre 3285, it enables the simultaneous display of local time in a 12-hour format and a second time zone in a 24-hour format. Each can be set independently via the winding crown. The mechanism controlling local time comprises a minimal number of components, ensuring utmost simplicity and ease of use. Its two key elements – a four-toothed star wheel and a patented jumping spring – ensure precise, hour-by-hour shifts. The system is so reliable, wearers can adjust it whenever they wish, all the while staying constantly connected to home time.

Your Rolex is closer than you think, at Palladio Jewellers. 900 West Hastings in the heart of Vancouver. Come in.

The man who wears a pinky ring has never needed permission.

He is the father who built something from nothing and dressed well while doing it. Who taught you that confidence is not volume, it is precision. Who has a handshake you remember and a presence that fills the room before he speaks.

This Father’s Day, we are thinking about the fathers who lead with presence. The ones whose style is an extension of their character, not a performance of it. A pinky ring sits apart from the rest, deliberate and unhurried, much like the men who wear them best.

At Palladio, we work with you to design pieces that are entirely your own. If there is a vision in mind, our in-house team can bring it to life, from the metal to the stone to the finish.

Come visit us at 900 West Hastings and let’s start the conversation.

Every great design hides a red line. That is how Xavier de Roquemaurel, the CEO of Czapek, describes it, a thread you never quite see, running from a house’s first pieces to its newest.

Look at the Antarctique Flying Diamonds. The shape of each diamond traces the shape of the original Antarctique indexes, applied indexes once set on a lamé dial that read like the surface of a lake. The markers sat across it like bridges over water, watchmaking bridges or real ones. That image became the concept, and the work since has been to keep it and make version after version, changing it always.

Then there is the other half of the craft, the part that sets the rule book aside to invent something the house has never made. Xavier pointed to the latest chronograph, a guilloché cut in straight lines that cross, born from one idea, two focal points held by the two sub-dials. Typical Czapek thinking. Never once done in a guilloché before.

Continuity and invention, carried in the same hand. This is the conversation we live for inside the boutique, and Xavier brought it to life in front of us.

Come sit with the Czapek pieces in person. We will trace the red line with you, and show you where it leads next.

Jason designed a ring for his three sons. One piece, divided into three. Each holds one of their birthstones.

The idea came from something he wanted them to understand: on their own, they’re whole. But without each other, they’re not complete. It’s not a lesson you tell someone. It’s something you make them hold.

We’ve watched him work with clients for years, and this is what guides him. The belief that jewels teach. That what you place in someone’s hands shapes how they think about themselves. That a father’s work is to build things—tangible and otherwise—that remind his sons what matters.

For Jason, that’s family. That’s showing up. That’s the kind of man he wants them to become.

This is what we do at Palladio Jewellers. We build for the people you love. We create reminders of what you actually stand for. We work with men and women who refuse to leave the important things to chance.

If you want to mark this Father’s Day with a piece that holds meaning, come find us.

Two of the most beautiful treasures in jewellery owe their story to the ocean.

The pearl begins inside a living oyster. Layer by layer, year by year, nature transforms a tiny irritant into something luminous. No cutting. No shaping. No human intervention. Just patience, time, and the quiet artistry of the sea.

Aquamarine carries the ocean in its name. Derived from the Latin aqua marina—“water of the sea”—its tranquil blue-green hue has long been associated with calm waters, safe journeys, and the spirit of exploration.

One is born within the ocean. The other is forever inspired by it.

On World Oceans Day, we celebrate the source of these remarkable natural wonders and the waters that make their stories possible.

Because some of nature’s finest creations begin far beneath the surface.
