For decades, we’ve proudly served the Silver Star Mountain community with expert hot tub maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and new covers, with fast turnaround times from order to installation. Serving Silver Star means preparing hot tubs for temperatures that can plunge to –30°C, and our experience in these extreme conditions ensures your tub is always protected. We also supply and install the most durable, long-lasting accessories, such as cover holders, built to withstand harsh mountain winters. Hot tub service on Silver Star is our specialty and top priority, and we take pride in delivering reliable care every time.
✅ Open 7 Days a Week (Winter Season) – Because of how frequently we are up the hill, we are able to attend to matters quickly. This has been, and always will be, our standard. Fast response is crucial for hot tubs with frequent use. As the owners, it brings us great satisfaction to resolve unexpected problems quickly, making stays on Silver Star that much better.
We offer two service packages that cover every aspect of hot tub care:
✅ Rental Package – Service checks 4 days per week to monitor chemical fluctuations, adjust with demand, and ensure your renters enjoy safe, worry-free use. We also clear snow off covers, siphon debris, top up water levels, and report any issues we notice at the hot tub or property directly to rental managers and homeowners.
✅ Homeowner Package– Twice-weekly visits with the reassurance that we are on Silver Star almost daily. Extra visits to sort out issues have always been part of how we conduct our services. Extra charges will only apply if demand consistently exceeds the twice-weekly package. The majority of our extra visits are not charged to the customer.
Other services included in our service packages:
-Complete start-up and shut-down (deep clean included if required)
-Full drain and line blow-out to protect against ice damage or wear on internal plumbing
-Filter rinse and swap throughout the season to keep filters clean
-Direct communication with company owners
