I can finally share what I’ve been working on for the last couple weeks. My vice principal accepted a new position with SunTep PA, program director. She is definitely one of a kind and deserved a special thank you, not just from the staff of Queen Mary, but also from the children whose lives she definitely impacted in the short time she was with us. A collaboration between myself and a couple of coworkers.
- The school sketch- designed digitally by Amanda Rozvelt .
- The painting- hand-painted by Lynn Appelt.
- The leaves on the trees are fingerprints contributed by the students and staff, representing each unique life touched.
- The sides of the canvas were painted black and decorated with Metis flowers by Olivia Fetch.

This time last year, I was in the hospital, uncertain of what the days ahead would look like. Today, I’m standing in deep gratitude.
To every person who supported Prairie Art this year—by purchasing artwork or jewelry , attending a paint party, hosting an event, sharing a post, or simply encouraging me—thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Each paint party, each creative moment, and each connection reminded me why I do what I do. Art has been healing, faith-filled, and joy-giving, and none of this would be possible without you.
I don’t take a single moment, customer, or opportunity for granted.

What a truly unforgettable experience with these incredible women. Without planning, it beautifully evolved into a heartwarming family gathering Mothers bringing their daughters and daughters bringing their mothers for a memorable bonding time . It was fantastic to reconnect with friends we hadn't seen in a while and forge new connections. Creating our own enchanting Christmas tree was a true highlight for all of us.
