Unfortunately I have had to make the difficult decision of charging a deposit at the time of bookings.

I just wanted to trust but when appointments are booked with my staff it costs me money and them their time.

For a long while when it was just me I would just turn the other way and try not to stress about it. But my time is valuable too. Lots of the time I’ll be out of town working & travel back for sometime a single appointment just for nobody to be there.

This costs me wage, fuel and time.

If you’ve booked an appointment with us this month I will trust you, any appointments moving forward will receive a prompt for deposit upon booking.

Thanks for understanding, this is really something I don’t want to do.
