Some movements tell more than time.

More than a watch – an expression of individuality.

Inspired by the bold shapes, vibrant energy and free spirit of the 1970s, the DBF010-04 brings an iconic era back to the wrist. At its heart beats the rare Record Calibre 1959-2, a movement developed in the early 1970s and preserved for a new generation of collectors.

A tribute to a decade that dared to be different.

This minute repeater pocket watch dates back to the late 19th century. More than just a timepiece, it is part of a family’s history. The heraldic engraving on the case back tells a story of heritage and tradition.

For decades, the watch remained silent and motionless due to a broken balance staff.

Through careful restoration, it was brought back to life. A new balance staff was manufactured from scratch, made exclusively and by hand for this unique movement. Countless hours of meticulous adjustment and fine-tuning followed to achieve the best possible result.

And finally, the moment arrived: the watch lived again.

Not only does it tell the time through its hands, but also through sound. Three hammers strike three different coiled gongs, creating the characteristic chime of a minute repeater — a voice that had been silent for generations.

For a few days, we had the pleasure of welcoming a young student to our workshop on a work experience placement. Through observation, hands-on learning and conversations with our watchmakers, he gained an understanding of the precision, dedication and craftsmanship that goes into making every timepiece.

Supporting young talent and sharing our knowledge are important ways of preserving the art of watchmaking for the future 🤍

The Adolf Schild AS-1985 is regarded as one of the company's most refined automatic movements. More than six decades after its creation, it continues to embody the ingenuity, reliability, and character of traditional Swiss watchmaking.

A Diver Watch is more than a tool — it is a statement.

The DBF007-04 unites modern diving functionality with an original historical Adolf Schild movement, the Cal. AS-1895. Featuring a ceramic bezel, Super-LumiNova readability, a case back engraved with the DuBois et fils family coat of arms and a polished and brushed bronze case, this 44 mm diver is limited to just 33 pieces worldwide.

It is a rare expression of Swiss watchmaking heritage.

Its unique modular case allows you to transform its appearance by changing the bezel and side panels. In this video, our watchmaker replaces the rose gold elements with stainless steel components, giving the watch an entirely different character while preserving its unmistakable identity.

From removing the caseback and crown to fitting a new gasket, installing the side panels, securing the bezel, and performing the final water-resistance test, every step is carried out with the utmost care and precision.

Inspired by the bold optimism and unmistakable design language of the 1970s, this limited edition combines genuine vintage character with contemporary craftsmanship.

At its heart beats the Record Calibre 1959-2, a rare automatic movement developed in the early 1970s and preserved for a new generation of collectors. Housed in a 40 mm stainless-steel case with rose gold plating and paired with an off-white dial featuring a black numeral ring, the DBF010-05 captures the warmth, confidence and individuality of a remarkable era.
