There is a serious campaign going on all over Africa on African dishes. The Nigerians, Ghanians ,East Africans are promoting their dishes is games, comedy skits, videos etc. We are left behind again. Eg Prophet Rolex is making millions only from eating Nigerian food.
The fact is that, no country in the world and African in particular that I have visited has the diversity of food that we ( Cameroon) has. We have more that a dozen peculiar dishes not found in any other place in the world.
It is not by mere luck or coincidence that MTN yellow is exactly our " Achu " Yellow. Achu is one of the post popular and peculiar dish in the grass field and coastal Regions of Cameroon. Achu eatters are the the Biggers consumers of products too. YES, we are proud to be ..

So why not the "YELLO National Achu" eating competition take place with all achu systems involved.
- Bowling of the Achu on a plantain leave.
- One finger effective eating procedure
- How clean the eating process is.
- Garden egg, egusi Pudding, Njamanjama association
- Efficiency and fastest in eating.
NB.. I am just thinking aloud but am sure my thought are getting to the right quaters.
