Please reference your Name, Address, Order Number, Repair Issue and a photo of the damaged piece. You will be given a Repair Authorization Number which must be clearly labeled on the package. AmbtnGold will repai

r at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 30 days (or deemed to be caused by misuse), will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. AmbtnGold does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn. Our Repairs Processing Center only accepts repairs for items purchased on AmbtnGold.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our Retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase and cannot be accepted through the AmbtnGold.com Returns Processing Center.
