Our customizable H2O Kalmar with its fully interchangeable case parts such as bezels, crown guards and case backs, allows our customers to create their own unique watch design and modify their own original design by interchanging parts even after purchase. H2O are also determined to innovate and pioneer on the development of new case and dial materials, introducing the latest manufacturing technologies and pricing strategies.

UPDATE: The problems have been solved and the shop is up and running again. Latest PHP security update from last night is included.

H2O SHOP is offline right now, but we are coming back asap! :-)

The problem is related to a PHP security problem, which was worldwide dicovered yesterday. The hoster decided to take their websites offline until the problem got fixed with security patches. It´s all uncertain now and I have to check with agency and hoster to get the shop online again.
At the same time we are working on a completely new shop system and will speed up it´s development. Just in front of BLACK FRIDAY this is all worst case what is happening!

Not the perfect weather today and therefore I took some hours to look into the photos I have made at 02:00AM just before leaving to the airport. The photos were not really good and a little bit to dark, but I´m sure you could imagine what to expect. There might be this week a prototype dial watch sale as I had too many of them laying inside by drawers. 🙂 From most dials I have max. 1-3 dials and only very few K2 DLC are left.

In future I will reduce the DLC models to zero with no new productions in 2026/2027. Unfortunately this reliable DLC coating got quite expensive to produce in Germany and customers are not really willing to pay the premium.

Below the vertical striped timascus dial, which was heat colored in open flame.
