Fall is here 🤍 September is the first full month back after the summer holidays. One week we move slower, the next our calendars are full again.

So how do we make the return a little gentler?

Perhaps it is not about changing our routines, but about being more present in the ones we already have. Smelling your morning coffee as it brews. Taking the time to gently massage in your face cream rather than applying it in a rush. Allowing an ordinary moment to be enough.
