Another wonderful Academy of Management Annual Meeting in the USA. This time in Philadelphia, after Copenhagen last year! 🇺🇸📚
I loved contributing to the HR Division community through my signature publishing workshop, sharing insights on teaching, and kick-starting the publication of the Global Human Resource Management Casebook, 4th edition, for 2028.
One of the highlights was reconnecting with fellow academics from around the world, sharing ideas, supporting one another, and celebrating our common passion for HRM and our continued growth as academics and educators. It was especially meaningful for me as I completed three years as Representative-at-Large on the HR Division’s Executive Committee.
And, in between sessions, I made time to stroll around Philadelphia, discovering its history, character, and its important place as the cradle of American democracy. 🇺🇸
Lifelong learning is, and will always be, at the heart of HR.
Knowledge, like pearls, is an investment to be shared and passed on to the next generation. It never sits idle. It grows in value when we share it, build on it, and help others shine. 🤍🦪
