Patek Philippe y Rolex producen una cantidad anual limitada en comparación con otras marcas masivas, aunque el volumen de cada una es muy diferente.

Rolex fabrica entre 1 millón y 1,2 millones de relojes al año. Aunque el volumen es alto, no alcanza a cubrir la demanda global de sus modelos deportivos más icónicos (como el Submariner o el Daytona).

Luego tenemos al gran Patek Philippe que fabrica una cantidad mucho menor, estimada entre 68 000 y 75 000 relojes al año.
