12 years apart. One idea. A whole lot of lessons in between.

It all started in 2014, just for fun.

Some brass wire, a handful of turquoise, and a lot of curiosity. I bent the wire into rings, crushed the turquoise, searched for pieces that fit, and glued them into place.

There was no grand plan. Just the excitement of experimenting and discovering what I could create.

When these rings eventually found their way onto Etsy, something unexpected happened. Orders started pouring in. I spent my days making rings, one after another, trying to keep up.

But success came with lessons, too.

The turquoise pieces sometimes came loose. And that made me ask a different question: How could I preserve the same organic beauty while creating something that would last a lifetime?

That question led to more experimenting, new techniques, and eventually a completely different approach to construction.

An old eMeraki design. A new meaning.

A design from our past, now carrying a story about something we all do throughout our lives: choose what matters to us.

We are surrounded by possibilities. People, paths, dreams, goals, ideas. Somewhere among them, something becomes worth choosing and worth continuing to choose.

The One is about that choice.

Each ring brings the idea to life through its stones. Raw stones surround a single cut stone. Every stone carries its own value and character, while the cut stone represents the one thing you choose to give a different meaning.

A person. A goal. A dream. A promise to yourself. Something you want to grow, protect or keep moving towards.

Because meaning comes from what we choose and from continuing to give that choice our time, attention and intention.

The One.
Chosen once. Given meaning again and again.

An emerald can begin in the same earth and tell a completely different story.
Raw, we notice its crystal form, surface and natural variations.

Cut, light becomes part of the design - revealing colour, facets and another side of the same material.

Engagement Ring to Pendant Project 🖤

She’s a horse person, and her engagement ring kept getting caught on things. She already knew exactly what she wanted: to turn it into a pendant while keeping as much of the original ring as possible.

So that’s what we did.

The original horseshoe nail ring became a short horseshoe nail pendant, keeping the diamond and as much of its original form as possible.

And the part we removed? It became a tiny horseshoe charm to hang beside it.

One engagement ring, transformed into something that fits the way she lives - with every possible piece of its story carried forward.
