Pero en el fondo… ¿quién soy yo?
Soy Patricia, española de Bilbao.
Y con 11 años viví un año en México…
donde me enamoré de los colores, de las flores y de la alegría de vivir.
Después viví 20 años en París, siempre en el distrito 9
(sí… ¡tuve 5 apartamentos 😄).
En cuanto a mi carrera…
Empecé en el mundo de la cultura, luego en la cosmética, entre Madrid y Londres.
Antes de entrar en el universo del lujo…
Y ahí 💥
Fue amor a primera vista con la joyería.
Fui directora de colecciones, marketing y comunicación
en una maison del grupo Galeries Lafayette.
Pero un día, todo cambió…
Cuando descubrí la realidad de las minas.
Así que en 2021 creé Rosa Maïtea 💛
Una joyería ética y alegre,
en homenaje a mi madre, Rosa — “la bien amada” en euskera.
¿Desde entonces? Un enorme orgullo de construir una marca con sentido 🌈
Bienvenidas a mi universo.

But really… who am I?
I’m Patricia, originally from Bilbao, Spain 
And when I was 11, I spent a year in Mexico…
where I fell in love with colors, flowers, and the joy of life.
Then I lived in Paris for 20 years, always in the 9th arrondissement
(yes… I had 5 different apartments 😄).
Career-wise…
I started in the cultural sector, then moved into cosmetics, between Madrid and London.
Before stepping into the world of luxury…
And then 💥
I fell in love with jewelry.
I became Head of Collections, Marketing & Communication
for a jewelry house within the Galeries Lafayette group.
But one day, everything changed…
When I discovered the reality of mining.
So in 2021, I created Rosa Maïtea 💛
An ethical and joyful jewelry brand,
in tribute to my mother, Rosa — “the beloved” in Basque.
Since then? A deep pride in building a brand with meaning 🌈
