Mara’s designer is Ayça Özbank Taşkan, an architect. For this reason, Mara designs embodies traces of urban, architecture and modern art. Each piece is handmade with traditional methods by experienced masters. Each piece has a distinct story just like Mara name has a story of its own. Name has different meanings in various languages. The most appropriate one comes from Eastern Mythology. Mara is a dark character that is mysterious and powerful. This power comes from its ability to transform into a “beautiful woman”.
