Following on from the sneak peek post last week, here is one of the treasures available now!✨ Large gold plated bronze brooch based on an unprovenanced early medieval Celtic “brooch”, possibly from Islandbridge, which may have been a reliquary fitting.

Set with vintage gold foil backed glass cabochons in the eyes and a Baltic amber cabochon in the disc. Under the amber there is a thin disk of polished sterling silver foil to give the amber a shining effect.

Have a looky at our “New” section on the website for more!
