This time of the year is wonderful for exploring beautiful abandoned places. A while back we took this silver carrion crow skull pendant with us to photograph at these Catholic church ruins near Kemnay. It took a while to find this eerie place even though it wasn’t that far away. It was worth getting lost for!

One of the new treasures in the shop is this large gold plated bronze brooch. It is based on an early medieval find from Oppdal, Norway but probably originated in Ireland. The brooch likely originally would have been an Insular reliquary fitting but was repurposed by Vikings.

Set with vintage gold foil backed glass cabochons in the eyes which give it a wonderful shine in sunlight.✨

Cast silver with engraved details and gold plated bronze central setting encircling a gorgeous glass cabochon which was custom made by bluflamer 🔥
